If you are experiencing difficulties generating a transfer file here is a solution that we have found to resolve the problem.

Enable Pop-ups in your browser:

check your browser settings to make sure pop-ups are allowed for https://www.servtraqazure.com. 

To do this open your browser's settings menu and navigate to the pop up window settings. Depending on your browser, the location of the settings button will vary but usually it will be found in the top right corner. For Chrome, you can find the pop-up defaults under content settings. Once here, you can add an exception for the above url to allow pop-up windows to open in Servtraq.
