Scenario 1:

Q: I have two files that are deficient because the service address could not be Normalized. What might be causing this?  What do I need to look for? 

A: Once you have finished entering an application, on the top ribbon make sure to select Validate Addresses. This will validate the address against the database CSD uses making sure we have the correct address information for the customer. A message will prompt letting you know if the address zip code needs to be corrected.
