Q: When going to Reports>Daily Reports >Barcoded Applications nothing appears on the report.

A: You need to enable the mailing code by check-marking the Generate Application box. This is done via the Data Admin table found here:


Once you enable the mailing code, you'll need to create a Customer Contact Entry.


Mailing codes not in use by your agency can be deleted as long as you don't have any entries associated to the code. You can also create your own codes and set a description.

 Only people with admin permissions can make these updates.
