The purpose of this document is to assist Local Service Providers (LSP) understand and resolve errors that may occur when the LSP submits weatherization client/job records to the Department of Community Services and Development (CSD).

To resolve errors, it is important to understand why the error occurred and how the different data fields in a job record are related to one another. Because some system-generated error descriptions are clearer than others, this document provides an overview of all the errors that can occur and the steps the LSPs should take to resolve them.
