Q: Why do I have jobs that do not appear on the Scheduling List or Open Jobs List?
A:Jobs with an outdated “WSAG Signed Date” will not appear on either list. This is done to eliminate outdated jobs. Check the following fields and update if necessary:
· Check the “WSAG Signed Date” (within (Dwelling ID page)
· Verify the Job is linked to a Customer and Eligibility Record (within the Job Details Page)
· Check that the Job has not been closed (within the Job Details Page)
