ServTraq© recently released the LIHEAP Benefit and Denial letters solution! This feature offers the ability to streamline time consuming processes, maintain electronic records for contract compliance, and reduce associated costs.

Notification Letters are generated based on the Application Status selected during Application Data Entry and can be found under: 

Reports>Daily Reports> HEAP Benefit/Denial Letters.

Notification standardized letters include:

· Agency Contact Information

· Customer Name & Mailing Address

· Denial Reason or Payment Information
