Census Tract Validation

Q: ServTraq populated a message saying "Check the Census Tract". Prior to entering in ServTraq, staff checked the system and it indicated that the address is clear and within the Census Tract assigned to our county. What might have caused this issue?

A: The dwelling record must be saved after the census tract information is retrieved in order for it to persist with the job. All LIWP jobs have a green check in the reporting screen.
