Q: I am receiving the following error message on a Payment Assistance Application "Income entries exist for household members that have been deleted. You need to remove those income entries before proceeding". Why is this message populating?

A: The error message  means that you deleted a household member but still have income entries tied to that household member. An income entry requires a related household member. You need to delete that income entry to save the application.
