Q: I am having a few issues closing files due to eligibility, and a few of the JobID flagged me stating "The primary utility account must be entered on the job eligibility record for all jobs using CSD funds" I couldn't enter in the primary account info because the job stated that is was "read only" due to being associated with another job using the same eligibility record that has been reported. Do you know what might be causing this, or what I would have to do to clear it?

A: You will need to un-link and re-link the job to a new eligibility record in order to enter the account information.
