Q: I ran my CSD Monthly Report and it has no data. When I run customs reports, there are clients showing with intake dates and entry dates in January 2016. Why aren't these households showing on the CSD Monthly Report?
A: WPO applications are added to the monthly report by the period in which they are transferred to CSD. If these applications haven't been transferred to CORE, they will not show up on the report. Make sure to transfer all WPO applications by the end of each month in order to be able to see them accounted for in the CSD Monthly Report. You can mark applications that are transferred by navigating to HEAP>Application Data Transfer.
