Q: I extended a contract in the Admin page, but I'm still unable to cost a measure to the contract subprogram.  What step am I missing? 

A: The measure install end date also needs to be extended. If you would like to extend the measure end date please submit a request to Support@ServTraq.com

Also, any job with a completion date past the "Measure Install End Date" will not show any measures for those programs. To fix this just enter a completion date prior to this date otherwise the "Measure End Date" will need to be extended.
