Q: Is there an ability in ServTraq to partially enter an application and put it in "Pending" status while the eligibility determination process is completed?

A: There is currently an INCOMPLETE status that could be used during entry but all of the other validations need to be met. You are still required to enter the utility information, income, household demographics, addressed, etc. Basically everything needed for a completed application is still required in order to save an incomplete record.
