Q: Where would I track my monthly EARS expenditure in ServTraq? (Other program costs-Vehicle maintenance, equipment repair fuel)

A: You would have to track that information outside of ServTraq and then if you you wish you can data enter them under Contract Expense Entry so that you can track these amount to have an accurate contract expenditure amount in the system. 

The Contract Expense Entry feature assists agencies in managing contracts by program. Each program is setup with the line items allowed for billing. Through this feature, you can enter or edit line item expense for the report period selected.
