Q: Is there a field in the HEAP entry portion for Weatherization Referrals? 

A: Weatherization "referrals" are created automatically by looking up the address as the application is saved. If the address has not been Weatherized, you can find it on the Weatherization Marketing page under the Weatherization menu list. Applications are added to this list between 15 and 85 days after intake to allow for follow up and conform to the 120 days after intake assessment requirement.
