Q: We had some funds returned from propane 2015. How do I return the funds in ServTraq to benefit another customer?

A:To $0 out the payment on the application, go to HEAP>CreditReturnPaymentUpdate and do the following:

1. Enter the application ID

2. Click the pencil icon and change the total payment amount to $0

3. Save and Close the application
