Scenario 1:

Q: When entering an Eligibility Record from the Weatherization Edit Job page I get the following error messages when saving my entries:

The Signed field is required

The Entered By field is required

The Last Updated By field is required

Certification Date is required, must be on or before today, on or after the Intake Date, and not more than 45 days after the Intake Date.

A: The problem is the Intake and Certification Date. Certification Date is a required field, and must be on or before today, on or after the Intake Date, and not more than 45 days after the Intake Date. Once this is cleared, the other errors should disappear as well.

Scenario 2:

Q: I am having a hard time entering a Weatherization file due to the Recertification Date. How do I enter the dates into ServTraq so it will accept the Weatherization file?

Example:

Intake Date 08/20/2015

Assessment Date 11/02/2015

File completed 03/02/2015

Client called in to recertify 04/11/2016 was still eligible. 

A: You cannot enter an eligibility date past the assessment date. The next best option is to use the completion date as the eligibility date, and the assessment date as well. Under the notes section please enter a description detailing the issue you are experiencing with the dates, so that it's clear what happened with this record.
