Q: I have a question regarding a file, client name Kassandra Hernandez, ACC #114307. It shows that the file was transferred on 04/05/2016 however, when I look it up in CORE it's not there. Did something go wrong here for the file to go missing?

A: There are rare instances where CORE simply skips records in a transfer file. For these cases, you will need to reject the application as data transfer file error and the re-transfer the application.
