Q: When entering a new customer into the system the zip code I enter populates an incorrect city, and county. How do I correct this issue?  

A: Select the Administration Tab> Data Administration> and as the data type select City/County/Zip Administration. 

Click on the addition icon to to add the correct city, county, and zip code. Once the entry has been done, click the floppy disk icon to save. Now when adding the customer in the system, the correct city, county, and zip code will generate.
