Q: What is the time limit for Re-Weatherization? We have a unit that was invoiced to CSD in 2010. We have gone back in 2016, but ServTraq says we must call it a Re-Weatherization in order to close the invoice. Is there a time limit and if so what is it? 

A: The CSD rules regarding Bucket submissions require us to not allow an Initial Weatherization after a dwelling has had an Initial Weatherization done. There is no time limit on this. Any job submitted to the Bucket would get rejected. Fortunately, there are very few line times remaining on the EARS report for the 2016 LH WX report, so the opportunity to throw off statistics is pretty limited.
