Where do I enter a measure rebate amount?

The rebate field is located within the Job Entry, Measure costing page.  This field is only available on Solar Water Heater installations under LIWP – it will be 0 on all other measures. It is  a subtraction element; the formula for reimbursement is basically labor + materials + sub + fees – rebate.
