I have a rejected application that I would like to Benefit. When I change the Application Status to “benefitted” ServTraq gives me a “0 payment and wrong utility assistance” message.
The first step is to clear the rejection from ST. Then make sure that the Account to Pay is allowed by the Program selected (i.e. You can’t benefit a Electric account under WPO program).
Once you’ve taken these steps, set the application
status to “Denied” so the system can refresh and then
change it back to Benefitted. Review the application to make sure the payment
amount is correct.
