I have a question? I have a family of 16 members in the home and the eligibility amount is coming up as $0.00 so my file was rejected for the eligibility amount. 

ServTraq is only set up to a maximum of 15 household members. To correct the problem, the eligibility table needs to include the income brackets for a household size of 16.

Also, Payment Assistance records with a household size over 25 need to be approved by CSD otherwise they'll be rejected.
