Q: I tried to submit a Prior Period Adjustment (PPA) and received the following Error Message: "All of the jobs selected were not validated Successfully and could not be transferred"

A: Prior Period Adjustments (PPA) can only be submitted on Approved or Partially Approved Programs marked in the Bucket. ServTraq will check the Bucket for an Approved or Partial program status before submitting the Job as a PPA. Any jobs that are not in 1 of those statuses cannot be submitted as a PPA. This is to help you prevent a Bucket Rejection.
