Q: I have a client that was originally a working deficient that I denied in ServTraq because I thought that “working deficient” meant it was denied.  We have since resolved the issue with CSD and CORE, but I’m not sure how to clear the rejection so I don’t submit the job twice. 


A: Clear the rejection so it shows as “CORRECTED,” then go to Application Data Transfer page, select that ONE record, and click Generate Transfer File. Once the file downloads don’t uploaded to CORE. (You have the option to disregard it or save it to your Transfer folder.) This will change the status of the application to “TRANSFERRED.”
