Q: Is there a way to receive a partial order when the PO is still open?

A: When a PO only has 1 material item, you need to change the quantity to the amount you will receive and then add another line item for the remaining quantity.

POs with multiple items

Single items can be received on POs with multiple items. The PO will remain "open" until all items are "Received".
