A:To increase the Eligibility table you'll need to go to Admin>Agency Details>Open the Contract >Expand the Eligibility section, create line entries with the household size and poverty groups.
Important! Make sure your entries are exactly as stated on the payment table, triple check your entries. If one is off by even a penny, it'll create a lot of rejections in CORE. Also, if household size is larger then 25 it needs to be approved by CSD, otherwise it'll be rejected.
