You can create a payment request form right from the application.

 When you enter and save a WPO application there’s a Payment Request button that appears on the ribbon.



Clicking this button opens a small window where you identify the Fund and Account Number you want to use. (Typically, these are provided by accounting).

 



Once you click submit, the Payment Request is generated. Invoice Number equals the Application ID number. Payment Amount equals the Award amount. Vendor Information populates as selected during entry. Here is a sample of what it will look like.
