The CSD Bucket/EARS Reconciliation Approval Activity feature provides information on report period reconciliation status.

Weatherization>CSD Bucket Reporting>CSD Bucket EARS Reconciliation Activity

Click the Check CSD for Status Updates button to ping the CSD Bucket for one of the following report period statuses:

• Matched: The EARS (Direct Program Activity) requested amount and the Bucket (Direct Program Activity) total match. The report period expenditures were approved.
• Forced: The EARS (Direct Program Activity) requested amount and the Bucket (Direct Program Activity) total do not match but it’s an acceptable marginal difference by CSD. The report period expenditures were approved.
• Denied: The EARS (Direct Program Activity) requested amount and the Bucket (Direct Program Activity) total do not match. The report period expenditures were denied. Open the Measure discrepancy Details subsection to determine if measures were changed or added to ServTraq after they were transferred to the Bucket.
