A: The Recertification process is the method to use when billing a call back with an outdated certification date.


Use one of the options available:


First Option


If the weatherization job is linked to a “regular HEAP application” open the Eligibility Record linked to the job.



Scroll to Recertifications and add a “Recertification Date” that would make the documents work. We suggest to use the  jobs Assessment Date.





Second Option


If the Job was linked to an eligibility “short-form” you would need to unlink and relink the job to a new eligibility record.
