If you are having trouble viewing a pdf file within ServTraq it could be a browser setting issue. To resolve this issue in FIREFOX copy and paste the following text, into your browser’s address bar:   about:preferences#applications

This will take you to the applications settings for firefox. From here look through the “Content Type” until you find “Portable Document Format”

Now look in the “Action Column” It should say “Preview in Firefox” or “Save File” ( Whichever you prefer) if it does not say these things click on the action and a dropdown menu option should appear for you to select one of the options we have mentioned.
