More often then not, the reason a job does not show up in your scheduler is related to one of the following 3 reasons. Please check on these items and you will likely be able to resolve the issue.
Top 3 reasons a job won't show up in the scheduler:
1- The WSAG (property owner waiver) signed date is too old
2- A closed date has been entered on the job
3-The dwelling,elligibility or customer have become un-linked
