You’ll need to treat SWEATS utility assistance like a Wx Job.

1) Create a Job and assign it a “SWEATS Only” Job Type

2) Click Add a Measure, and use the SWEATS subprogram

3) Look for "Utility Assistance Payment" under the measure list

These "Jobs" also need to be marked as reported in order for ServTraq to generate the reporting data into the CSD Monthly Report (EARS template report offered by ServTraq)
