If you have an application opened and it is also on the “Application Data Transfer” page while someone clicks the “generate transfer file” button, the opened application will remain in the status of “eligible” but will actually go onto the transfer file that you will upload to CORE. So even though the application will be uploaded into CORE and the customer will be benefited, the status in ServTraq will remain as "Eligible" instead of transferred. The best thing to do is make sure every one is out of the applications before generating a transfer file.
