CORE now accepts submetered UA applications benefited under Fast Track program. 

To allow this combination in ServTraq, go to Admin>Agency Details>Contract#>Subprograms 

• Select Fast Track from the list
• Under Utilities, click the addition icon and select "Submetered" from the drop down menu.
