Q: How do I change the WPO base amount in ServTraq?

A: You can set this up by going to Admin> Agency Details>Agency Contracts>Subprograms>Payment Amount

* Open the Contract Number

*Open the Program Component (WPO ECIP, or WPO HEAP)

*Under the Payment Amount section, click on the pencil icon to edit the base payment amount for each poverty group.
