A new solution has been added to ServTraq© to easily send and track documents to CSD’s FTP site for Client File Monitoring compliance.

This function allows users to upload documents and associate CSD requested files with the exact record in ServTraq©. Requested files are sent directly to the CSD FTP server with a click of a button.
