The ServTraq© Team will no longer help with eCore address rejections (JN & JNA codes). After months of consistent recommendations to CSD on how these rejections may be reduced or eliminated, CSD has not taken any action to correct. ServTraq© meets the requirements of the Database Transfer Rules and agencies are submitting valid addresses of dwellings where they have provided services, yet monthly reimbursements are being delayed due to this problem. We will continue to advocate for solutions and agencies may seek corrections directly with CSD.
