Background: When a dwelling address has been transferred to CSD it is locked to prevent changes which would cause data inconsistencies between user records and CSD.
Requirements: You must have “agency admin” access to use this feature.
Introduction: You will only be able to change addresses that do not exist in the eCore database. Continue with the procedure even if you are unsure of the address' status in eCORE
Procedure: If the address is not in the eCore database check the Edit Locked Address box.:

Your agency will need to get the address changed at CSD and then let ServTraq support know, and we will update the address for you.
