You may Flag difficult customers in servtraq and provide a specific warning to your employees.

 

To enable this feature, go to the Administration section of servtraq then to “Agency Details”

 

Next Check mark the box titled “Enable Flagging Difficult Customers?” Then Write the message you would like your agents to see, regarding difficult customers at your agency, in the field labeled “Difficult Customer Message”



If you do not write a customized message and choose to leave that field blank, a default warning will pop up. Look at the flagged customer below for an example
