You can flag customers in ServTraq to alert staff to important or urgent information regarding said customer.
To enable the flagging feature, navigate to the Administration tab, and click on agency details:
On the agency details page find the Flag section below:
Place a check mark in the "Enable flagging Customers?" box to allow customers to be flagged. Enter a message in the box below to place a custom message to appear on all flagged customers in order to inform workers of what to do next. Whatever you enter here will appear on all flagged customers. Adding notes on the individual customers page will ensure unique instructions.
To flag a customer go to the edit customer page for that customer and click on the box labled "special handling?" after you do this you will notice the message you entered from the Agency Details page, appear at the top of the customers page. This customer is now flagged.
