Deactivating ARPA Program

We recently added the ARPA program to ServTraq© to help LIHEAP Local Service Providers get a head start on tracking potential ARPA beneficiaries. Please note the ARPA program was added to ServTraq© ahead of final and complete program specifications, executed contracts, and CSD CORE System readiness.

If you prefer to wait to enter ARPA applications, the program can be deactivated to prevent any entries by going to:

Admin> Agency Details>Agency Contracts>ARPA 2021-Contract

click on the pencil icon to deactivate each subprogram component.
