Issue: You have a dwelling that has never been weatherized in the past (assessment/diagnostics do not count as WX), but AVES is showing that the dwelling is not eligible for DOE services.  

Solution: Contact the CSD Project Management Office ([email protected]) or the Energy Help Desk ([email protected]) to verify the AVES status of the dwelling. If it's a mistake, CSD will correct it and the dwelling will be reevaluated for DOE services.
