Issue: You have a dwelling that has never been weatherized in the past (assessment/diagnostics do not count as WX), but AVES is showing that the dwelling is not eligible for DOE services.  

Solution: Contact the CSD Project Management Office (PMO@csd.ca.gov) or the Energy Help Desk (Energy.HelpDesk@csd.ca.gov) to verify the AVES status of the dwelling. If it's a mistake, CSD will correct it and the dwelling will be reevaluated for DOE services.
