Q: New LIHEAP measures are not included in the HPO site. If ServTraq requires HPO approval on a job, how do I proceed?

A: Per Crystal Alvarez at CSD, if HPO approval is received for the measures listed on the HPO site, then that approval also extends to the new measures not listed on the site. Use that approval number and enter it into the ServTraq HPO field to bypass that validation. 

Note: Measures billed to LIWP do not require HPO approval.
