Intake Appointment Schedule
Schedule customer intake appointments in ServTraq using the Intake Appointment Scheduler feature. The schedule page has a built-in calendar along with a list of existing customers. The calendar can be viewed by day, week, month, timeline, or agenda. The number of employees displayed can also be modified to view more or less.

Once you flag the Intake Employee as an “Intake Appt Resource”, open the Intake Appointment Scheduler to create your first appointment:
 ● Locate the Customer
 ● Select the Intake Employee
 ● Select the calendar day and time
 ● Click OK to Save the entry
