The LIHEAP 2023 contract requires the following demographic fields for ALL PY 23 (and above) utility assistance applications and jobs:
- Household Ethnicity
- Household Race
- Household Gender
- Customer Ethnicity
- Customer Race
- Customer Gender
Jobs with LIHEAP 2023 job measures and linked eligibility to transferred LIHEAP 2022 or ARPA UA applications will be impacted. You will be required to unlink the 2022 or ARPA eligibility record and relink a new LIHEAP 2023 eligibility record. If your agency does not collect the above-referenced fields, you can select “UNKNOWN” for the fields.
