TapHelp.org is ServTraq's LIHWAP referral system. Customers across the state can submit an interest form for LIHWAP services. Forms are then directed to the appropriate LSP agency for follow up. 

CSD mandated enrollment in the referral system in its issuance of CPN-E-23-05.
