Each new program year requires a number of system updates to meet new CSD contract guidelines. We depend on complete, finalized, and timely documentation from CSD in order to have ServTraq ready at the beginning of the year. This year, ServTraq will be ready for LIHEAP 2016 Payment Assistance and Weatherization data entry on January 4, 2016.
Please see below for more information on the upcoming system updates:
New LIHEAP Contract – Annual Update The 2016 LIHEAP contracts have been added to ServTraq. If you notice anything odd with the system entry, contact us at Support@ServTraq.com. Here are a few things to watch out for:
If you receive CORE rejections with “payment amount is incorrect” for the 2016 program year, please contact us immediately. This is the only way we have to know that payment amounts received from CSD need to be corrected in ServTraq.
If the ServTraq output report does not match your first 2016 EARS report, please contact us immediately. Historically, CSD has made changes to the on-line EARS report format after we've received this information and doesn't tell us. We need to find out from agencies so we can “sync” ServTraq to the changes.
Give the Wizard a try and let us know what your preference is! New Feature: Incoming Application Processing Module The Incoming Application Processing module along with existing features in ServTraq are designed to help automate compliance with the 2016 LIHEAP contract requirement to provide written notification to customers within 15 days of receipt of their application. The following training video lays-out ideas on how you can integrate these features in your day to day operations to automate compliance with the Written Notification requirement and reduce costs: https://vimeo.com/album/3690252
New Feature: ServTraq Barcoded UA Applications Due to the number of software updates needed for 2016 contract compliance, the release of ServTraq UA Barcoded Applications will be shortly delayed. We anticipate the roll-out of this cool feature the week of January 4, 2016. We’ll send a communication once this feature is available.
The team at ServTraq would like to thank you for your collaboration. We look forward to continuing to work with you in 2016.

New Design: Utility Assistance Data Entry Module
We’ve redesigned the ServTraq © HEAP Application Data Entry screen to comply with the new CSD data collection requirements. One of the most significant new requirements is to enter the electric bill for all applications even WPO applications. Users can continue to use the one-page-scroll design or use the new Wizard design to navigate through the data entry sections. Please see the following UA Data Entry Training Video to view the new data entry designs:
